Special Programs

The special programs we have include:

• Turnkey service: Micro accepts turnkey responsibility for acquisition of castings. Micro’s inventory system automatically tracks customer-supplied inventory for full accountability
  
• Assembly: Micro can provide simple or complex finished mechanical assemblies. Full bill-of-material and related control systems assure that components are available when required
  
• Self-managing against your forecast: Micro runs production for several customer based on supplied forecasts
  
• Kanban and JIT: Micro has never missed shipping on time against a Kanban signal. Customers not on a formal Kanban system but nevertheless desiring just-in-time deliveries are supported using the same inventory management methods.
  
• Standard packaging: We can deliver the same quantity every time, packaged according to your requirements
  
• Custom packaging and shipping (fulfillment services): We package and label to your requirements, including customized distributor packaging
  
• Dock-to-stock: Micro will self-certify conformance to print, eliminating incoming inspection
• PPAP: The "preliminary parts approval process” is available on request.
