The following systems and processes are in place at Micro:

 

• ISO 9001:2000, AS9100
• Procedures make certain that your information is properly filed, that prints are controlled and the correct revision is being produced, and that job records are preserved for a minimum of 4 years
• Periodic audits (internal and external) confirm that our procedures are being consistently and properly applied
• ERP (enterprise resource planning) system
  • Made2Manage, a capable mid-level ERP system handles all business functions
• Quotations: Usually turned in 2-3 days unless part of a large package
• Order processing: Entered the day of arrival and the production order is immediately created. Raw material is ordered the same day and often delivered the next day
• Overdue items are expedited
• Scheduling: A state-of-the-art scheduling system helps assure your jobs are completed on time.
• Supplier quality is tracked and suppliers are vetted as necessary
• Jobs are inspected after each process step by qualified inspectors
• Dock-to-stock, PPAP, and other required documents are available
• Security
• Physical and intellectual property security systems in place  
• Job & quality reviews
  • Weekly production reviews and monthly reviews of on-time delivery and quality performance
