Micro keeps your employment application on file for up to 2 years even if there are no current openings

• To be considered for an interview, you need to deliver a completed application and take a short (15 to 20 minute) test that will help define your skill level
• When we have openings, if your background and shift availability is suited for an opening we will contact you to arrange an interview
• Your successful interview may be followed by an offer of employment
• Provided the offer is acceptable to you, a drug test and background check will be scheduled and a start date will be determined provided your results are acceptable
